No Logo uses print on demand, so all products are unique and produced per order. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible if the reason is wrong size or colour or you simply don’t like the product. We have no facility to hold stock or means to re-sell returned items.
Please make sure your order is correct and use the size charts to check the correct sized garment is purchased. Please double check delivery address, colour and size, as once the order is placed it is not possible to make changes.
If there is a manufacturing or printing error a replacement can be ordered free of charge. Please email clay@C-L-A-Y.com with details of the error and arrangements will be made for a replacement of exactly the same item.
